Before commencing any engagement, clients must provide valid identification and supporting documents confirming their personal or company details.In cases of non-payment, incomplete documentation, or breach of this policy, WiseTax reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

WiseTax is not responsible for delays or errors caused by postal services, couriers, or external institutions such as government offices.

9. Use of Registered Office Address
Use of a WiseTax address is limited to lawful business registration purposes.
It must not be used for receiving court documents, debt collection, or benefit applications.
In the event of misuse, WiseTax may suspend services without refund and reserves the right to change or withdraw the address at any time.
